    摘要:

    本文围绕《食品安全国家标准 运动营养食品通则》(GB 24154-2015)产品特性与技术指标要求,系统梳理我国运动营养食品产品标准的配套检验方法,研究分析配套检验方法的适用性。运动营养食品产品多样且基质复杂,除含有维生素、矿物质等常规营养成分外,还可能添加肌酸、肽类和氨基酸等特征成分,对配套检验方法的准确性与科学性有待提出更高要求。该标准目前正处于修订状态且已完成公开征求意见,其常规营养成分检验方法已适配,还有个别成分仍存在方法不足和缺失的情况。建议配套检验方法标准随产品标准修订同步完善,以适配新的产品分类与成分要求,本研究可助力标准完善、行业规范发展,并为后续标准修订提供参考。

    Abstract:

    This article mainly summarizes standards on method of analyzes related to sports nutrition food in China. There are many types of sports nutrition foods, and their substrates are complex. Besides the conventional nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, they may also contain characteristic nutrients like creatine, peptides and amino acids. The accuracy and scientific nature of the corresponding inspection methods need to be put forward to higher requirements. The standard is currently under revision, and most of the nutritional component testing methods have been adapted. There are still cases insufficient and missing methods. It is suggested that the standard of the matching detection method should be improved simultaneously with the revision of the product standard, so as to adapt to the new product classification nutritional components requirements. This research can help to improve the standard, promote the standardization of the industry, and provide a reference for the subsequent revision of the standard.
