    摘要:

    本文梳理了食用植物油安全标准体系现状,通过对比分析中国、国际食品法典委员会、欧盟、新加坡、加拿大、美国等国家或组织食用植物油中污染物的法规现状,为我国食用植物油污染物法规体系的完善提供参考和依据。其次,开展国内外食用植物油中主要污染物如溶剂残留、多环芳烃(PAHs)、霉菌毒素、重金属及3-氯丙醇酯(3-MCPD酯)和缩水甘油酯(GEs)的对比分析,为食用植物油行业掌握国内外标准法规及安全指标,提供必要的知识支撑,助力优化我国食用植物油污染物法规标准体系。

    Abstract:

    This paper reviews the current status of the edible oil safety standard system. By comparing and analyzing the regulatory status of contaminants in edible oils between China and other countries or organizations such as the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the European Union, Singapore, Canada, and the United States, it provides references and a basis for improving China"s regulatory system for contaminants in edible oils. Secondly, a comparative analysis of major contaminants in edible oils, such as solvent residues, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), mycotoxins, heavy metals, 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol esters (3-MCPD esters), and glycidyl esters (GEs), is conducted both domestically and internationally. This analysis provides necessary knowledge support for the edible oil industry to grasp domestic and international standard regulations and safety indicators, thereby facilitating the optimization of China"s regulatory and standard system for contaminants in edible oils.
