    摘要:

    目的 建立新型亲水型反相PSV C18色谱柱结合高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠和脱氢乙酸等5种食品添加剂的分析方法。方法 考察了不同类型的C18填料、不同pH值流动相和不同流动相比例等条件对5种组分分离的影响。结果 采用新型亲水型PSV C18色谱柱、在最佳的流动相条件为甲醇∶乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L,调节pH至6.7)=7∶93(V/V)下对5种食品添加剂的分离效果最为理想,5种组分具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均≥0.999 7,检出限为0.004~0.007 mg/L,方法的加标回收率为80.3.%~106.7%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~6.5%。结论 本文建立的方法耐用性好且色谱柱的寿命长,用于实际样品检测的寿命可达近1 000针的进样次数,适用于食品中5种添加剂的准确定量。

    Abstract:

    Objective The aim of this study was to establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of five food additives—acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin, and dehydroacetic acid—in food using a new hydrophilic reversed-phase PSV C18 packing column combined with high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods The effects of the type of C18 packing, the pH of the mobile phase, and the mobile phase ratio on the separation of the five components were investigated.Results The best resolution was obtained for the five food additives when analyzed under the optimal mobile phase conditions of methanol:ammonium acetate [0.02 mol/L, adjusted to pH 6.7; 7∶93 (v/v)] using a new hydrophilic Blossmate PSV C18 chromatographic column. The five components had a good linear relation, with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.999 7, detection limits of 0.004-0.006 mg/L, 80.3%-106.7% recovery, and relative standard deviations ranging from 1.4% to 6.5%.Conclusion The method established in this study has good durability and the chromatographic column used has a long lifetime, reaching more than 1 000 injections. The method is suitable for the accurate quantification of the five additives in food.
