Based on the international research on the implementation of healthy country strategy in Europe, the United States, Japan, Singapore and other countries, this paper deeply analyzes the basis, planning and layout of healthy China strategy, as well as the reform process of legal system and institutional mechanism, and finally puts forward five ways and measures for the implementation of healthy China strategy according to the basic national conditions and social conditions nowadays.
