    摘要:

    建立测定禽蛋中斑蝥黄和β-阿朴-8’-胡萝卜素酸乙酯残留的定性和定量方法。方法 采用固相萃取技术处理样品,通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)对禽蛋中的斑蝥黄和β-阿朴-8’-胡萝卜素酸乙酯进行分离和检测,通过考察方法的检测限、精密度、回收率等指标对方法学进行验证。结果 斑蝥黄和β-阿朴-8’-胡萝卜素酸乙酯的检测限分别为1、10 μg/kg,回收率在72.2%~91.9%之间,RSD在4.6%~7.1%(n=5)之间。结论 本法准确、快速、灵敏度高,可对禽蛋中斑蝥黄和β-阿朴-8’-胡萝卜素酸乙酯残留进行快速分析。

    Abstract:

    To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative determination of canthaxanthine and β-Apo-8'-carotenoic ethyl ester in eggs.Methods The analytes were extracted from the samples with acetonitrile. After cleaned up with silica SPE column, samples were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) with an electrospray interface in positive ionisation mode. The validation of the method consisted of limit of determination (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), precision and recovery. Results The LODs for canthaxanthine and β-Apo-8'-carotenoic ethyl ester were 1 and 10 μg/kg, and the average recoveries were in the range of 72.2%-91.9% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of 4.6%-7.1% (n=5). Conclusion The results indicated that this method was simple, rapid, sensitive and suitable for the determination of canthaxanthine and β-Apo-8'-carotenoic ethyl ester in eggs.
