    目的 建立测定黄豆及腐竹中硼含量的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。方法 样品经过HNO3+H2O2微波消解或加入饱和的Ca(OH)2助灰化剂干灰化后,选择硝酸钙(10mg/ml)-硝酸铵(20mg/ml)-柠檬酸(20mg/ml)的混合液作为化学改进剂,采用热解涂层石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果 硼含量在0~1μg/ml的线性范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限0.017 09 μg/ml;方法的精密度(RSD,n=6)为3.56%~6.45%,回收率为87.20%~93.70%。结论 建立的方法操作简便易行,重现性、灵敏度和准确性能满足分析要求,适用于黄豆及腐竹中硼含量的测定。

    Abstract:

    Purpose To establish a method for the determination of boron in soybean and rolls of dried bean milk cream by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Method The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion with HNO3 and H2O2 or by dried ashing after alkalified with saturated Ca(OH)2. A mixture of calcium nitrate(10 mg/ml)- ammonium nitrate(20mg/ml)- citric acid(20 mg/ml) was used as a chemical modifier. Treated samples were determined by GFAAS. Result A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 0 ~ 1 μg/ml, r = 0.9996, and the detection limit of the method was 0.01 709 μg/ml. The RSD was from 3.56% to 6.45%, and the recovery was in the range from 87.20 % to 93.70%. Conclusion The method was simple, and its repeatability, sensitivity and accuracy could meet the requirements of analysis. It was applicable to the determination of boron in soybean and rolls of dried bean milk cream.
