Computer information technology has played an important role in the control of food safety system. A review on the application of computer information technology in food laws and regulations in China and abroad and the development of computer technology implemented in food enterprises was introduced，which can provide references for the development of relevant provisions in China and guide food enterprises to apply computer information technology more efficiently and reasonably.
