To understand the occurrence of aflatoxin M₁ in breast milk in some countries,and to provide reference and basis for the control of aflatoxin M₁ contamination in breast milk of mother in China.The subjects of the studies,sampling methods,the situation of contamination and the impact on health were reviewed.
