Objective To discuss the prominent problems existed in hygienic administrative enforcement, and provide references for hygienic administrative legislation and enforcement. Method A case of sending lunch box without license was analyzed. Results There were a good many prominent problems in dire need of solution in hygienic administrative enforcement, consisting of main body cognizance, administrative enforcement measures, the right of investigation of hygienic administrative authority to the third party and the responsibility of landlord, etc. It was indicated that the faultiness of hygienic administrative law and regulation were exposed. Conclusion The amendments of hygienic administrative law and regulation should be accelerated, and the mandatory administrative laws should be established as soon as possible.
