Objective To Summarize the prevalency natures and epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Xingtai and to provide its control and prevention strategy. Method Data of the verified food poisoning reports and administrative punishment cases were collected and analyzed. Results The occurrence season, places and nosogenesis of food poisoning in Xingtai had their own natures and characteristics. Conclusion In order to prevent and reduce occurrence of food poisoning and the death in these events, many ways and strategies must be put in practice.
