In order to determine the amount of the pesticide residues of fluazifop\|butyl and fluazifop\|p\|butyl in food,methanol,acetonitrile and acetone were used to extract the pesticide residues in the food.Extracted samples that were passed through Florisil column after derivation were quantitively measured by gas chromatograph with 63 Ni electron\|trapped detector.This method is characteristic of good specificity,high accuracy and simple operation,etc.The minimum detecton limit is 0 001 ng.Now the method have been used for national standard method.
