    Abstract:

    Aiming at the American food enterprise inspector management system, this paper analyzed the American food company system from several aspects, such as the inspection basis, constitute and qualification management, duties and tasks, training and the management of the inspectors. The paper analyzed the characteristics and experience of the American food enterprise inspector management system. It can provide some references for establishing China's food enterprise inspectors system.
