    Abstract:

    Sterigmatocystin, a kind of mycotoxins that were produced by fungi (Aspergillus versicolor), mainly contaminates the cereals and cereal-based foods and has potential carcinogenicity to humans and animals. This article summarizes the latest contamination data of sterigmatocystin in cereals, cereal-based foods, cheese, nuts and beers, aiming at providing references for further research.
