Abstract:
Staphylococcus aureus is widely distributed in nature and has a strong pathogenicity, and it is considered to be one of the major pathogens causing outbreaks of food poisoning. The pathogenic factor, food contamination status, food poisoning, laboratory diagnosis and preventive measure were described in this paper in order to provide the reference for prevention and control of staphylococcal food poisoning in the future.
