    Abstract:

    To compare the effect of RT-PCR and isolated culture for the detection of food practitioners of Salmonella and Shigella.Methods ① RT-PCR, ② isolated culture. Results The detection rate of RT-PCR was significantly higher than that in isolated culture for food practitioners intestinal Salmonella and Shigella.Conclusion RT-PCR method was superior to the isolation and culture method in the detection of practitioners physical examination of Salmonella and Shigella in terms of detection rate, accuracy and timeliness. Therefore, the use of RT-PCR in the physical examination of employees has very important practical application value.
