    Abstract:

    To understand the H7N9virus contamination in eggs and poultry products in Lishui city by RNA detection.Methods690eggs and 126specimens from the environment of agricultural market were detected by real-time PCR method for nucleic acid of avian influenza virus H7N9, H5and H9subtypes respectively. ResultsRNA samples of eggs were negative for H7N9, H5and H9subtypes. RNA of 126environmental samples were negative for H7N9, but 2samples were positive for H5and H9subtypes respectively, and the positive rate was 3.17%.ConclusionThe contamination rate of avian influenza virus in eggs was low, but H5and H9subtypes were existed among poultry in Lishui city. All relevant departments should strengthen cooperation to take effective measures to prevent human infection.
