    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the hygiene security quality of prepackaging pot foods in Vietnam,and propose that strengthen supervision measures to ensure the imported food safety. Method According to the national standard methods, Salmonella,Shigella,Staphylococcus aureus,aerobic plate count,coliforms etc. biological indicators were detected. According to the standard,acid value,peroxide value,lead,arsenic,mercury,copper and so on typical properties were tested. Results 238 batches were detected altogether,32 batches were unqualified,reject ratio was 13. 45% . The main unqualified reason is that 24 batches of the aerobic plate count and 8 batches of peroxide value is out of limits. Conclusion The hygiene security quality of prepackaging pot foods in Vietnam is not optimistic,we should strengthen the inspection and supervise of imported pot foods from Vietnam.
