Mango is a kind of tropical fruit cultivated widely in the world. Some food allergens contained in mango may have adverse effects on human health. Progress on the research of the clinical symptoms and the prevalence of mango allergy,mango allergens and the cross-reaction of mango allergens with other allergens are reviewed.
