    Abstract:

    Objective To definite the cause of a collective food poisoning. Methods Investigation at the site and inspection in laboratory. Results There were 200 people eating the suspected food. The cumulative incidence was 95 cases and the incidence rate was 47.5%. All cases were cured. Conclusion The epidemiological investigation and laboratory inspections identified that the toxication event was a collective food poisoning caused by salmonella contamination.
