    Abstract:

    With the increase of food safety risks and emerging food safety issues, food safety is already a focus concerned by the whole society. The application of rapid, sensitive, convenient, accurate and rapid food safety technology in the supervision and administration of food safety and its significance and effectiveness was described. Successful collaboration on improving the technology may play an important role to control, reduce and eliminate unexpected food safety incidents, to prevent potential toxic and hazardous substances, to reduce the incidence of food poisoning, to improve work efficiency and explore new food hygiene regulatory approach.
