Objective To perfect every step of food sample test procedure and avoid losing lawsuits because of non-standard operation. Method According to actual work, an analysis was made to existing problem associated with a product inspection. Results Problems of certain steps of food sample test procedure still existed. Any negligent operation could cause serious result and should affect sample test work. Conclusion The technicians or staffs who were in charge of selecting and testing sample should study the related laws and standards. Also, it could be necessary for them to control every procedure in sample test. In this case, the sample test work should become active.
