Objective To understand new safety and hygiene regulations of fishery products in European Union and suggest our countermeasures.Method New safety and hygiene regulations and exportation situations of EU were analyzed.Results New safety and hygiene regulations of fishery products in European Union could make opportunities to improve the fishery producible procedures and provide nice circumstances for well-run enterprises.Conclusion It is necessary to build a system with government as guidance, enterprise as the main body, and each section mutual linkage. The management level and quality body should be improved, so as to strengthen competitive power of Chinese exportation enterprise and to promote better development of exportation of fishery products.
