    Abstract:

    Objective To provide scientific basis for strengthening the standardized management of restaurant industry hygiene supervision, Method The status of the restaurant industry development and food safety, the application significance of food hygiene standard in restaurant industry and its restaurant industry relationship in China were analyzed. The existing problems of food hygiene standard of restaurant industry were discusses, Results The result indicated that the food hygiene standard suitable for restaurant industry could be wide, and the hygiene standard should be adopted according to the condition, scale and production variety. Because of the lacks of the basic hygiene standard of restaurant industry, and product hygiene standard, and restaurant industry sanitation standard operation procedure. Conclusion It is necessary to make different hygiene standards of restauraut industry.
