    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the limitations of the NY-series standards of nuisanceless food established by Ministry of Agriculture.Method According to the conceptive or requested difference of production and the industry particularity, safeties of vegetable basket process were supervised in Ningbo city for 6 years and the results of bean sprouts' criteria were studied and the problems of NY-series standards were analyzed. Results It seems as if NY-series standards confused the conception of primary products, raw agriculture products, agriculture products, nuisanceless food or food.Conclusion Referring to Agriculture-food Quality and Safety of the People's Republic of China, the NY-series standards of Nuisanceless Food could be suggested to be replaced by the standards of Nuisanceless Agriculture Products.
