    目的 建立使用聚乙烯内涂层的一次性纸杯在使用过程中聚乙烯微塑料脱落的检测方法。方法 主要研究和优化消解、过滤、分散等样品前处理过程,解决微塑料研究中准确定量的难题。本文发现,使用23%(v/v)过氧化氢消解可有效消除自来水中多种物质的干扰,加入量为5.0 g/L碳酸氢钠,辅以超声可有效分解消解液中残留的过氧化氢,保证消解液在过滤时不腐蚀滤膜。过滤前,在消解液中加入25%(v/v)的乙醇可有效分散体系中微塑料,使得过滤时不贴壁、不团聚,在滤膜上分布均匀。结果 基于以上前处理方法,本文定量分析了一次性纸杯在正常使用过程中聚乙烯微塑料的脱落情况。使用聚乙烯内涂层的一次性纸杯饮水,在使用过程中释放出5000~20000 p/L大于2 μm的聚乙烯微塑料,对人体造成潜在危害。结论 一次性纸杯内涂层大量脱落聚乙烯微塑料主要发生在倒入开水的早期。本文研究还表明一次性纸杯在长时间存放过程内涂层稳定性下降,使用后水中微塑料总量显著增加,因此使用存放时间长的一次性纸杯会进一步增加健康风险。

    Abstract:

    Objective The purpose of this paper was to establish a detection method of polyethylene microplastics during the use of disposable paper cup with polyethylene inner coating. Methods The sample pretreatment processes such as digestion, filtration and dispersion were fully studied and well optimized. It was found that 23% (v/v) of hydrogen peroxide digestion can eliminate the interference in tap water. 5.0 g/L of sodium bicarbonate coupled with ultrasound could effectively decompose the residual hydrogen peroxide in the digestion solution, so as to protect the silver filter membrane from corruption during filtrating. Before filtrating, adding 25% (v/v) ethanol to the digestion solution could effectively disperse the microplastics in the system, so that the microplastics would not stick to the wall and agglomerate during filtration. Results Based on the above pretreatment methods, we could quantitatively analyze the polyethylene microplastics in the disposable paper cups. During use, the cups could release 5000-200000 p/L with the size greater than 2 μ M microplastics, posing potential hazards to human health. Conclusion The results showed that the inner coating of disposable paper cup falls off a large number of polyethylene microplastics, which mainly occurs at the early stage of pouring hot water. Furthermore, this study revealed that the inner coating’s stability decreases during long-term storage. The use of disposable paper cup with long time storage would generate more microplastics, therefore brought more health risk.
