Abstract:Objective To take advice for food safety and hygiene after earthquake.Method The observation,understanding and analysis of the food transport,store and distribution,as well as other related conditions in Wenchuan county of Sichuan province after earthquake were inspected.Results There were many differences in the sources of food and hygienic characteristics of different main foodstuff,subsidiary foodstuff,drinking water and so on during the initial stage,middle period and late period of the earthquake.Conclusion Earthquake was one of the numerous natural disasters,and the problems in the food hygiene aspect induced by earthquake were quite different from the others.To bring forward our thinking towards some common problems existing in the processes of store,transport and distribution the food for aid.
