Abstract:Objective To glove fare recognition on food hygienic industry. Method The summary of food hygienic standards and its standard system related with food inspection authority and function in food hygienic law system were introduced. The experience and analysis of author and certain collections of materials were deeply analyzed. Results Some defects were put forward by analysis deeply, such as science basis, renew frequency and system structure. Conclusion It was suggested that science basis work, risk assessments and communication at home and abroad should be improved.
