In order to know the contaminative level of common pathogenic organism in raw seafoods,raw breeding water of seafoods and other samples in Guangdong province. 325 samples were collected and studied by the national hygienic standard and traditional scientific methods. Results showed that there were 79 common pathogenic microorganisms, including 7 biological species. The positive rate was 24 31%, especially that of Luoshi shrimp was 50%; Otherwise, there were clonorchis endemicus in 5 samples among 25 raw fishes. The positive rate was 20%. Results indicated that it was prevalent to pollute for common pathogenic organism in raw seafoods in Guangdong province. It was important factor to increase the incidence of diarrhea and other correlative diseases after eated. And so it was necessary to enhance the study of food hygienic control and food safety.
